1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, including labor, materials, and custom-fit auto-glass installations, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
2. Deposits and Payments
Any deposits or payments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable. These payments cover scheduling, preparation, and procurement of necessary materials.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must get in contact as soon as possible to reschedule upon schedule availability and cancellation. While payments remain non-refundable, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
4. Service Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with the service provided, please contact us immediately following your appointment. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, provide corrective service at our discretion.
5. Warranty Considerations
While refunds are not provided, any applicable workmanship or product warranties will be honored as communicated at the time of service.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that:
•A service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, or
•An error in billing has occurred
Any approved refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
